Notably, Ukrainian-American Cultural Association, established in 2007, facilitated visits from several Ukrainian delegations in collaboration with the Portland city administration, World Affairs Council of Oregon, and Open World Program. These visits included prominent Ukrainian officials and business leaders, fostering international connections and potential collaborations.
