US Senators, Congressmen, and Ukrainian Officials Convene for Prayer, Dialogue and Cultural Exchange

Washington DC, January 29th through February 3rd, 2024 – Ukrainian Week in Washington DC kicked off with a gathering of distinguished leaders and influencers from the United States and Ukraine, marking a significant milestone in bilateral relations between the two nations. The week-long event, scheduled from January 29th to February 3rd, aims to foster collaboration, dialogue, and solidarity on various fronts, including religious, politics, culture, and business.

The event, which is being held at various venues across Washington DC, has attracted a diverse array of participants, including US Senators, Congressmen, Ukrainian Parliament Deputies, Ukraine Army Soldiers and Chaplains, Ukrainian Churches Pastors, Businessmen, and Artists. Their presence underscores the importance of strengthening ties between the United States and Ukraine and reaffirms the commitment of both nations to mutual cooperation and support.

One of the key objectives of Ukrainian Week is to facilitate meaningful discussions on pressing issues facing Russian war against Ukraine and explore opportunities for US-Ukraine bilateral cooperation. Throughout the week, attendees were engaged in high-level meetings, panel discussions, and roundtable sessions, covering topics such as security, economic development, human rights, and cultural exchange.

In addition to political and diplomatic engagements, Ukrainian Week also celebrated the rich cultural heritage of Ukraine through a series of cultural events, including art exhibitions, musical performances, and culinary showcases.
