Dr. Vitaliy, the Secretary of the Chernihiv City Council, is on a mission to enhance local governance. With experience in both executive and legislative branches, Dr. Vitaliy aims to streamline services, foster transparency, and engage NGOs actively. His goal is to incorporate best practices from Ukraine and abroad to elevate democratic standards at the local level.

Mr. Yuriy Heorhiyovych Pelykh: A Visionary for Regional Development
As the Head of District Administration in Zaporizhzhya, Mr. Pelykh oversees crucial socio-economic and cultural programs. His focus lies in effective budget management and the development of housing, education, and healthcare institutions. Through the Open World program, he seeks to understand the intricacies of local governance, community engagement, and municipal enterprise development in the U.S.

Mr. Ostap Yaroslavovych Protsyk: Promoting Lviv on the Global Stage
Mr. Protsyk leads the international affairs and foreign relations department in Lviv. Mr. Borys Volodymyrovych Melashenko: Shaping Media Influence
As Deputy Editor at “Desnyanska Pravda,” Mr. Melashenko is responsible for overseeing the newspaper’s coverage of state and local government issues.
